About The Position

Demonstrates skills, product knowledge and behaviors necessary to achieve growth of deposit solutions. Consistently acquires and deepens customer relationships by identifying and referring customers’ financial needs to bankers and business partners as needed. Meets and exceeds deposit growth and incentive goals with the utmost of accuracy and highest ethical standards. Checking & savings transactions, loan payments and account inquiries. Sells cashier’s checks and other banking solutions. Performs transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures with a high degree of accuracy. Efficiently and accurately performs end of day tasks to include taking computer totals, scanning checks, balancing daily work and proofing cash drawer. Provides a friendly, yet professional level of customer service to both external and internal customers. Takes initiative through outreach as well as proposing appropriate products, services and digital solutions to aid in customer financial success. Provides customers with information on all aspects of deposit accounts and bank services including rates, service charges, restrictions, and other relevant account information. May perform the duties of the Safe Deposit Box attendant. Opens new business and personal accounts, including checking, savings, certificate of deposit, safe deposit boxes and all other accounts and services offered by the bank. Orders checks and ATM/Debit Cards. Accepts wire transfer requests, verifying information and availability of funds. Support customers in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints. May assist with administrative and other bank-related activities while not assisting a customer. These tasks could include those assigned by your supervisor or by Operations, Finance or Marketing. Complies with all applicable banking regulations and BSA/AML program, requirements, and controls. Complies with all department and bank policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned.
