In this position, you will be expected to create positive, memorable experiences for our residents through the delivery of exceptional care in daily activities! Help our Residents remain engaged and enriched mentally, physically, socially and emotionally by providing hands on assistance geared to fit each residents needs
Requirements
- enjoys working with and communicating with the elderly
- displays a strong will to continuously provide exceptional care
Responsibilities
- Assist in personal daily activities such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing/undressing, the consumption of meals and ambulation
- Report any changes in physical condition, behavior or appearance to a supervisor
- Ability to multitask and display time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of privacy and confidentiality when working harmoniously with resident and family matters
