About The Position

As a Personal Care Associate (PCA), you will provide non-medical personal care and support to clients while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate and dependable
• Ability to perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation for some assignments
• Must pass background checks and clearances

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Observe and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow all Nurselect policies and safety standards
