About The Position

GUARDIAN ANGEL SENIOR SERVICES is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in the multiple locations for both shorter & longer hours. The Caregiver is responsible for the physical care and emotional support to our clients with the difficulty to take care of themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Light Housekeeping which includes Vacuuming, emptying trash, changing bed linens.
• Laundry
• Reminding & assisting the clients with pre-dosed medications.
• Prepare meals by taking care of all precautions & dietary restriction
• Grocery shopping and running errands as per requirements. (Mileage will be paid, Not Applicable for Non-Drivers)
• Transportation when need or assigned (Not Applicable for Non-Drivers)
• Accompany clients to appointments or any socially engaged activities as a part of companionship duties using the ride arranged by clients or uber (Employees do not need to pay for the ride)
• Helping with personal hygiene care like dressing/undressing; showering, feeding etc. (Not mandatory if not trained or interested). If interested free trainings will be provided
