Personal Care Aides
About The Position
Traditional Home Care , a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, has immediate openings for reliable personal care staff to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for our clients. This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act , which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping and chores
- Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in providing a safe environment for client
