About The Position

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a compassionate and reliable PCA or CNA to provide in-home care for patients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities and supporting patients in maintaining their health and comfort.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification or PCA experience.
• Experience working in home care or patient care preferred.
• Strong communication, compassion, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support patients with meals, feeding, and nutrition as needed.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising nurse or family.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
