Requirements

  • Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred but not required (we’ll pay for your training!)
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others and building meaningful client relationships as a professional Caregiver

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
  • Work primarily in clients’ homes, with varying shift times and activities
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for each client as a dedicated Caregiver
