Lundy Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in a hybrid capacity supporting both our Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ offices . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation , enjoys managing their own caseload, and thrives working collaboratively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams . Requirements

• PA and NJ Bar Admission Required
• J.D. required
• 3–10+ years of Personal Injury experience
• Strong written, oral, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Litify software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums
• Litigate pre-trial motions
• Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials
• Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines
