Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 10 years in personal lines servicing
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to long-term growth within the organization.
Nice To Haves
- Management experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of four personal lines professionals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide exceptional service to high-premium personal lines accounts.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and operations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
