About The Position

King Risk Partners, LLC is growing and looking for a driven, client-focused insurance professional to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager I. Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty license.
  • 2–5 years of personal lines agency or brokerage experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience with cross-selling and upselling.
  • Sales mindset with a service-first approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts.
  • Analyze client needs and deliver smart, cost-effective coverage solutions.
  • Partner with Producers on new business, renewals, and cross-selling.
  • Handle VIP clients and serve as a key carrier liaison.
  • Negotiate pricing and coverage with underwriters.
  • Contribute to sales goals, networking efforts, and marketing initiatives
