Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes with minimal training.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage and service personal lines accounts, focusing on standard accounts.
Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals and policy management.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high service standards.
