The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service, (receive, investigate, and respond) to all internal and external PTIC customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Service Department. Works under general supervision performing a variety of complicated tasks requiring a wide degree of latitude and creativity. Must be knowledgeable of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Performs other duties as assigned.
