About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Proficiency in Epic software is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of taking initiative, including making calls to underwriting when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with personal lines insurance products.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and changes.
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies.
  • Take initiative to proactively identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Utilize the Epic software system to manage client information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
