About The Position

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is one of the leading personal lines property and casualty insurance groups in the United States. Here, every employee shapes our mission. We build innovative, human-centered solutions that help AAA members prevent, prepare for, and recover from life's uncertainties. You will join a collaborative, inclusive culture where your strengths have room to grow and your ideas can drive real impact. Step into a role where you can contribute to our shared success through meaningful work. We are actively hiring for a Personal Lines Insurance Catastrophe Risk Product Manager - Remote Your Role: This role serves as the organizational lead for catastrophe risk initiatives, aligning underwriting, actuarial, reinsurance, product, and analytics teams to implement strategy. You will own specific focus areas (e.g., flood, inflation) while helping drive the company’s overall catastrophe strategy. This role sits at the intersection of catastrophe analytics, product strategy, underwriting, and capital management. You will interpret catastrophe model outputs and turn those insights into practical actions that balance growth, profitability, and risk resilience across our personal lines property portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape enterprise-wide catastrophe risk strategy and influence the future of personal lines property products. We are open to Product Manager levels 1–3 for this role. Leveling will be determined through the interview process.
