About The Position

Personal Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-oriented professional to build a book of business from the ground up, focusing on personal lines insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or customer service, a proactive approach to prospecting, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Compensation Package Base Salary : Starting at $50,000 during the validation period. Commission : Transition to a 100% commission-based structure upon validation, with a competitive commission split. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Sales or customer service experience is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and client engagement.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EPIC and Agency Zoom is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and grow a personal lines book of business from the ground up.
Proactively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other innovative methods.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
Utilize tools such as EPIC and Agency Zoom to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Travel locally as needed to meet with clients and build relationships.
