Support the strategic development and ongoing management of standard personal lines products and geographic presence. Lead competitive analysis and data‑driven research to develop and present recommendations for new products, product enhancements, services, and other innovations that drive profitable growth and support portfolio diversification. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Claims, Underwriting, Marketing, Actuarial, Legal, and other partners to identify needs and opportunities and to design, file, and implement approved product changes. Manage and negotiate the prioritization of regulatory change requirements within the broader strategic product roadmap. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
