Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
CPR certified
One or more of the following: Nationally accredited PT certification B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
Move around the club like you own it
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm‑up weight)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree
1–2 years as a Personal Trainer
Management experience leading teams of 3–10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
Consultative sales experience
