The Personnel Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to ALKU’s external employees (consultants and field employees). This role serves as a primary liaison between external employees and internal corporate teams, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and differentiated experience throughout the employee lifecycle. Through proactive relationship-building, operational excellence, and consistent communication, the Personnel Coordinator helps strengthen engagement, retention, and satisfaction, reinforcing ALKU’s reputation as a people-first organization within the staffing industry. As ALKU continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve alongside the business. The Personnel Services Coordinator should be comfortable supporting an expanding consultant population, taking on new responsibilities, and contributing to new initiatives as team needs shift.
