Requirements

Previous experience in pet care or animal handling is required.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of pet behavior, health, and safety protocols.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with animals and clients.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Certification in pet first aid or CPR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure high-quality care for all pets in our facility.
Lead and train staff on best practices in pet care and customer service.
Monitor pet health and behavior, addressing any concerns promptly.
Coordinate and implement engaging activities for pets to promote their well-being.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ needs and services.
Assist in managing schedules and staffing to ensure optimal coverage.
Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping and inventory management.
