About The Position

Assured Imaging, a Resolut company, seeks a Part-Time PET/CT Technologist at our Southtowns location! 2 Days/Week, 10-Hour Shifts| Position Pay Range: $60.00 - $75.00| $10,000-$15,000 sign-on bonus to eligible hires | Relocation bonus up to $10,000 with 1 year commitment May be required to work at other Southtowns locations in Hamburg Who is Rezolut? Job Summary: The PET/CT Technologist will operate PET and CT scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images for detecting cancer, heart disease, and brain disorders. They prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensure patient safety and comfort, calibrate complex equipment, and adhere to strict radiation safety protocols. The Technologist may be required to work at other Southtowns locations.

Requirements

Must be Nuc Med and CT registered
ARRT Certification
Proficiency in imaging software, PACS systems, and EMR

Responsibilities

Perform PET/CT and diagnostic CT scans, including image reconstruction and processing.
Prepare, calculate, and administer radioactive drugs to patients based on weight and protocols.
Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, insert IV catheters, monitor patients, and ensure comfort during imaging.
Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols (ALARA), maintain equipment, perform quality control, and maintain patient records according to regulatory standards.
Work with radiologists, physicians, and medical physicists to review images for quality and clinical accuracy.
