POSITION IS LOCATED IN HAGERSTOWN, MD This position is eligible for an additional sign on bonus and daily per diem. Provide clinical pharmacy services within the on-site health program to support safe, timely, and contract-compliant medication management for patients. The role supports provision of prescribed medications, formulary medication access, non-formulary medication prior authorization processes, continuity of medication supply for transfer, release, or removal, and compliance with applicable clinical, credentialing, privacy, documentation, emergency response, and quality requirements established under the contract.
