Responsibilities As part of the health care team, practices Pharmacy as a knowledge-based clinical profession, and integrates patient-oriented services with traditional distributive and drug control activities. Provides pharmaceutical services including drug information to nurses, physicians, and other health care providers. Advises the same with respect to drug interactions, contraindications and other relevant information to ensure optimal and safe drug therapy. This role will be a float pharmacist position. The pharmacist will have opportunities to serve in of unit based practice settings, main pharmacy, and Operating room satellite. Emergency Room/Critical Care experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
• One (1) year of previous hospital pharmacy experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Oncology experience
