This is a full time position (64 hours per two week pay period), with 8-hour evening shifts (12:30pm-9pm or 1:30pm-10pm) located in Sorrento Valley. Includes every other weekend. Telepharmacy is open 6am until 10pm, 7 days a week, no nights. Includes $4,000 retention incentive and $3,000 relocation assistance to eligible new hires. Why join this team? This clinical pharmacist will be joining our team of pharmacists in the centralized inpatient order processing department located in Sorrento Valley. This department serves all five hospital campuses by reviewing and verifying all inpatient orders. The team prides itself in efficiency - utilizing Epic and working together to reduce turnaround times systemwide. Our nurses and physicians rely on this team to ensure all orders are accurate and appropriate for each and every patient. The clinical pharmacist will be working in an office setting but should have an understanding of the inpatient setting to be able to succeed. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys the evaluation of patient profiles with an investigative mind to identify problems. Telepharmacy position is 100% order verification.
