About The Position

Pharmacist Intern at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Per Diem/Variable Shift Under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist, has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patients quality of life. Requirements

• Enrolled in or having graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy
• Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire or, Oregon Pharmacist Intern License upon hire
