Pharmacist - Oncology/Infusion
About The Position
This position is a member of a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for assuring safe, efficient, cost effective drug therapy for all patients. The pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical drug information to meet the needs of the customers, including physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals. Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
- Washington Pharmacist License
Nice To Haves
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) --or-- PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency --or-- 2 years of Pharmacist experience in an Outpatient Oncology Intuition Center
