This per diem position will help to cover time off of our pharmacy staff weekdays (Mon to Friday 8am to 4pm); hours are flexible. There is also an opportunity, once trained, to assist with pharmacist on call coverage if interested. Empire Home Infusion Pharmacy is CHAP accredited, and has been providing high quality home infusion services in the greater Capital Region for over 20 years. Empire provides a thorough orientation and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy Program with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or equivalent master’s degree
- Current NYS Pharmacist license and registration
Responsibilities
