About The Position
We are seeking experienced, licensed Pharmacists for a short-term emergency coverage assignment. This role requires confident, high-volume pharmacy experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This is a premium-pay contract opportunity for professionals comfortable with urgent operational coverage needs. Description: Dispense prescription medications, offering detailed counsel on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects. Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including efficient inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized space. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies. Foster strong relationships with patients and staff. Supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to best practices.
Requirements
- CA State Pharmacist License in good standing
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
- Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
- Interpersonal and communication skills
