About The Position

Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or Ph.D.) from an accredited college of pharmacy and completion of an advanced residency, fellowship, or equivalent experience. Current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of Florida. Under general supervision, and according to established polices and procedures, responsible for the provision of specialized clinical pharmacy services to patients, nurses and medical staff. Collaborates with other health care professionals in the research, development and implementation of critical pathways and policies that have a medication use component. Practice involves the components of expert practitioner, educator, consultant, researcher, and clinical leader. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Requirements
