We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented pharmacy interns to join our Medication History team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop clinical and professional skills while contributing directly to patient care. Interns will be responsible for conducting accurate and thorough medication histories either in-person or remotely via Caregility. Responsibilities

  • Accurately obtain and document comprehensive medication histories from patients
  • Utilize various technologies, including Caregility, electronic health records (EHR), and communication tools (e.g., Teams)
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare providers to ensure medication safety and accuracy
  • Counsel patients on medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
  • Participate in educational activities and hands-on experiences aimed at developing clinical acumen
  • Receive mentorship from experienced pharmacists committed to intern growth
  • Assist with dispensing-related tasks, such as medication preparation, inventory management, or order entry, depending on site needs and the intern’s interest. While not a core function of the role, these opportunities can provide exposure to operational pharmacy workflows.
