We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented pharmacy interns to join our Medication History team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop clinical and professional skills while contributing directly to patient care. Interns will be responsible for conducting accurate and thorough medication histories either in-person or remotely via Caregility. Responsibilities

Accurately obtain and document comprehensive medication histories from patients
Utilize various technologies, including Caregility, electronic health records (EHR), and communication tools (e.g., Teams)
Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare providers to ensure medication safety and accuracy
Counsel patients on medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
Participate in educational activities and hands-on experiences aimed at developing clinical acumen
Receive mentorship from experienced pharmacists committed to intern growth
Assist with dispensing-related tasks, such as medication preparation, inventory management, or order entry, depending on site needs and the intern’s interest. While not a core function of the role, these opportunities can provide exposure to operational pharmacy workflows.
