Responsible for inventory analysis including but not limited to inventory counts, tracking of medication expiration, adjustments of PAR levels based on utilization assessments, assignment of item storage location in compliance with policies, management of inventory movement/transfers, knowledge and compliance with 340B policies/procedures, and on-site management and communication of back-orders. Assures new formulary items are assigned to appropriate systems/storage locations and available for use; assists with removal of items removed from formulary.
