About The Position

As the Pharmacy Technician Trainee, you work in a learning capacity while enrolled in the ProMedica Technician University to assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory and patient records. In this learning role, you will work only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. Requirements

• High s chool d iploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (expires 1 year from receipt) or obtained prior to start date if working in Ohio
• Active Temporary Pharmacy Technician License (expires 1 year from receipt) or obtained prior to start date if working in Michigan
