About The Position
Under the supervision of the Pharmacy Department, the Medication Reconciliation Technician is primarily responsible to obtain and document an accurate patient medication history profile that supports the mission, values and philosophy of Pharmacy Services and Sharp HealthCare.
Requirements
- 2 Years experience in a pharmacy or similar environment.
- California Pharmacy Technician License (TCH) - CA State Board of Pharmacy -REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Combination of both inpatient and outpatient experience preferred, particularly outpatient experience.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - Pharmacy Technician Certification Board -PREFERRED
