Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrolled in URMC ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program or obtain PTCB certification within 180 days.
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or fast-paced work experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn and assist with medication storage, inventory management, and stock rotation.
- Provide customer service, triage calls, and support pharmacy operations.
- Complete required training, coursework, and experiential rotations to prepare for certification.
- Participate in medication preparation, packaging, and delivery using pharmacy systems.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
