About The Position

As a Pharmacy Technician on our team you will be a part of a passionate team of pharmacy technicians focusing on fulfillment and order accuracy. This is an onsite position. The work schedule is: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST. What you will do: Fulfillment of orders/shipments and/or any other fulfillment tasks. Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to procedures and guidelines. Provide technical assistance and prescription order resolution to team members when needed. Maintain pharmacy inventory.

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year Pharmacy Technician work experience
Active Alabama Pharmacy Technician License required.
Strong data entry skills required.
Basic Math skills and Strong experience with MS Office, especially with Excel
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to learn quickly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision
Ability to diagnose a situation and make recommendations on how to correct
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to self-direct, multi-task, be accountable, approachable, and organized
Stand for lengthy periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.

Retail pharmacy and previous leadership exposure preferred
