About The Position
Description Phlebotomist - Clinical Lab at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, Night shifts. Reporting to the Phlebotomy Coordinator who reports to the Laboratory Manager, this position is responsible for obtaining samples from patients, transports them to the Laboratory and prepares them for testing. Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License upon hire, Or California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License upon hire.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
- Practical experience with adults, pediatrics and neonatal phlebotomy.
