Requirements

• CPT1 Certified Phlebotomy Tech I - California Department of Public Health - Laboratory Field Service - or CPT2 Certified Phlebotomy Tech II - California Department of Public Health - Labora tory Field Service – Required
• BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
• Experienced Phlebotomist highly desirable.
