About The Position

The Jacksonville Jaguars are currently seeking a talented, highly motivated creative with a passion for photography. The Photography Associate will assist the Senior Manager of Photography and Photography Coordinator with executing the photography needs for various business and football operations during the 2026-27 season.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Photojournalism preferred, or currently enrolled as a student
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photo Mechanic, and Microsoft Office software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Candidate must be able to function in a fast-paced setting and possess great organizational skills
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Demonstrated photography and photo editing experience
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment and in media work zones
• Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting and camera positioning among others
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel to various events around the community through reliable personal transportation
• Ability to contribute creative solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years of sports photography experience (collegiate or professional level)

Responsibilities

• Assist in photography administration for the daily operations of the Jacksonville Jaguars
• Photograph marketing, community, ticketing, sponsorship, and other events as assigned
• Provide metadata in support of digital asset management database (PhotoShelter)
• Handle image sourcing for internal & external photo requests
• Edit/curate photography assets to be used across Jaguars digital/social platforms
• Photograph marketing and game presentation activations during home games (NOT action/field photography)
• Coordinate delivery of products for external and internal partners
• Assist Senior Manager of Photography and Photography Coordinator with studio/portrait work.
• Will be required periodically to lift and carry equipment (50 - 75lbs)
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of football and business initiatives
