The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $45 – $53 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in the IHT’s 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements. Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Requirements

• Active (STATE) PTA license + BLS CPR certificate
• Reliable transportation
• Some tech comfort—email, texting, tablets (we'll train you up as needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch home care therapy under the supervision of an PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and mobility
• Keep simple digital therapy documentation (training included!)
