Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health Full-time or Part-time in East County! Paid per visit – rates starting at $60 per visit! Now Hiring: We’re seeking a part-time or full-time PTA to serve patients in East County and surrounding areas. Position Summary: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides therapy services as planned, delegated, and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist. This role helps patients regain mobility and function while delivering compassionate, one-on-one care in a home health setting.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in CA
  • Current Physical Exam (within last 6 months)
  • Current TB test (within last 12 months) and CPR certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to attend a 3-day orientation at our San Diego office

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of PT/PTA experience preferred
  • Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow and implement the Plan of Care as established by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Prepare accurate daily progress notes for treatments provided (to be reviewed and signed by the PT)
  • Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
  • Submit all visit records and documentation in a timely manner
  • Attend in-service and on-the-job training sessions as required
  • Follow Aspire Home Healthcare’s established policies and procedures
