About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, in-home therapy to children. You’ll focus on improving motor function, strength, balance, and coordination to help each child reach their highest potential. Scheduling Options: Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week Full-Time: 25+ visits per week We work around your availability and build caseloads near you. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
Design customized treatment plans based on child-specific goals.
Educate caregivers on home-based therapeutic exercises.
Document sessions and communicate progress with the team.
Collaborate across disciplines for integrated patient care.
