About The Position
Villa St. Joseph was founded in 1997 as a ministry of the Sisters of St. Joseph. After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehab team at a skilled nursing facility. This role offers a collaborative environment, consistent caseload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and quality of life. Requirements
- For Physical Therapist (PT): Current PT license in Pennsylvania SNF experience preferred
- For Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Current PTA license in Pennsylvania SNF experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and educate patients according to physician orders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a SNF setting
