Entry-Level Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility Bethany at Silver Lake | Everett, WA $55-$60/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Relocation Assistance Available! Sign-On bonus up to $10,000 Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the PT, you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Functional mobility and gait training Transfer training (all levels) Fall prevention and safety training Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Supervision of a PTA (as needed) Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff Relocation We are open to relocation assistance for entry-level therapists, based on individual circumstances. Requirements
- Current PT license in good standing (Washington or another state), with the ability/willingness to obtain a Washington PT license
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- Ability to supervise a PTA
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience preferred - but not required
