Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Bethany at Pacific | Everett, WA $60-$65/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for each of three facillities in Everett, WA: Bethany at Pacific Bethany at Silver Lake Everett Transitional Care Center If you're looking for a SNF role with stability, support, and protection from unrealistic facility pressure, this is a great fit. Requirements
- Current Washington PT license in good standing
- Degree from an accredited PT program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
- Ability to supervise a PTA
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience preferred - but not required
Responsibilities
- Functional mobility and gait training
- Transfer training (all levels)
- Fall prevention and safety training
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff
- Supervision of a PTA (as needed)
