Entry-Level Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility Bethany at Silver Lake | Everett, WA $55-$60/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case) Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist for Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA. Requirements

  • Current PT license in good standing (Washington or another state), with the ability/willingness to obtain a Washington PT license
  • Degree from an accredited PT program
  • Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
  • Ability to supervise a PTA

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience preferred - but not required

Responsibilities

  • Treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting
  • Functional mobility and gait training
  • Transfer training (all levels)
  • Fall prevention and safety training
  • Treatment of clinically complex patients
  • Discharge planning and care coordination
  • Supervision of a PTA (as needed)
  • Collaboration with nursing, OT, ST, and facility staff
