Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting Physical Therapists
- Proven success in outpatient or rehab therapy recruitment.
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet placement goals.
