We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join an amazing team. Details of the opening: Anticipated start date: Flexible Salary range: Up to $2340 weekly Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks Travel contract assignment or a full-time opportunity, based on candidate preference and availability
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Active CA PT License
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
- Implement fall prevention and safety strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Complete timely and accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques
