Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred (but we love passionate new grads, too!)
- A playful, patient, and motivated attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, functional, evidence-based pediatric physical therapy
- Design individualized treatment plans that support mobility, strength, coordination, and confidence
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home
- Keep clear, timely documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
