LinkJobs works with large health care systems, small clinics and everything in between, and we are currently searching for the right person for the following position: FT Physical Therapist - Home Health - South Fulton County Responsibilities : The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing skilled rehabilitation services to patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment. They evaluate, plan and administer comprehensive physical therapy modalities/regimens to patients in their place of residence for the purpose of developing and restoring function through rehabilitative physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.

Requirements

Current PT licensure, with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions, in the state of Georgia
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in Home Health preferred but not required

Responsibilities
