About The Position

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team! Position Summary: Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned. Work Schedule: 0.9 FTE position, splitting time between OP orthopedics (2 days per week) and acute care (2 days per week) populations, both at Methodist Hospital campus. Prior experience in both OP orthopedics and acute care is preferred. Interest in vestibular rehab welcomed. Position includes every 4th weekend and one holiday per year in acute care.

Requirements

• Doctorate, master’s, or bachelor’s degree in physical therapy
• Licensed with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy

Nice To Haves

• Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting.
• Recommend membership in related professional organization.
• Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.
• Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise.
• Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
• Prior experience in both OP orthopedics and acute care is preferred.
• Interest in vestibular rehab welcomed.
