You are collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in designing and implementing effective therapy plans that align with each resident’s unique goals.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio
  • Two years of experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability
  • Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being
